Bimetallic Barrel

 

“ Bimetallic “ means that two different alloy metals are bonded together at a high temperature furnace more than 1100ºC. At this temperature white hot cylinder with high revolution spinning under centrifugal force fuses the inlay alloy to the bored cylinder wall. This alloy contained of chemical composition with constant hardness that against abrasion and corrosion wear. The inlay alloy liner 1.5-2mm thickness as an international standard.
