Bimetallic Screw

 

“ Bimetallic Screw” means that special hard alloy metal bonding with the screw based material

under high temperature condition. PLASMA or PTA welding with temperature up to 2000ºC that

can deposit special hard alloy material contain of carbide matrix particles. Normally, it will weld on the screw flight surface with 1.5-2mm thickness alloy layer as an international standard.
