Nitride Screw and Barrel

 

“ Nitrided ” means that the screw or barrel with nitriding steel based material inside the furnace, under the nitriding temperature of 600DegC ammonia gas reaction of nitride composition penetrated into the steel as hardening. Normally, the nitriding hard layer is 0.6mm depth of penetration and its hardness is 60-65HRC Rockwell hardness as an international standard.
